Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
🚚 Shipping Time: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days for standard shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
🌎 International Shipping: We currently only ship within the U.S.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@vintagehomecollection.com.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔ Proof of purchase is required.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are NOT eligible for return, including:
🚫 Vintage & Antique Items (sold as-is, all sales final)
🚫 Sale or clearance items
🚫 Custom or personalized products
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
🚫 Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Refunds

✔ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔ If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the 20% restocking fee).
✔ If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@vintagehomecollection.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@vintagehomecollection.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
