Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have obtained parental consent to use this site if you are under the age of majority.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Except as expressly permitted by the licence granted in Section 3, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND YOUR LICENCE
Most of what we sell is a digital file: a restored plate, a kit, or a printable document, delivered by download link immediately after purchase.

What you may do. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal use, and to use printed impressions made from them in finished handmade goods that you sell, including items sold at market or online.

What you may not do. You may not resell, redistribute, share, licence, or transfer the digital files themselves, in whole or in part, in any format. You may not include the files in a digital product, bundle, template, or collection offered to others. You may not use the files to train or fine-tune machine learning systems. You may not claim authorship of the underlying illustrations.

Delivery. Files are delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped unless your order includes a physical or printed item. It is your responsibility to download your files and keep a copy.

SECTION 4 — SOURCE MATERIAL AND OUR WORK
The illustrations we restore are drawn from books that are in the public domain, and we make no claim of ownership over the original artwork. What we sell is our own work upon it: the restoration, the typesetting, the transcription and translation of the printed captions, the accompanying documents, and the arrangement of each sheet. That work, together with all text, photographs, and design on this website, belongs to Vintage Home Collection.

Each listing names the book, the plate, and the source from which it was scanned. We describe our products accurately and do not represent digital files as original antique prints.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Digital downloads, made-to-order printed goods, and physical vintage items are not returnable or exchangeable.

If a file will not open or is missing, if a printed item arrives damaged or misprinted, or if any item is materially different from its description, contact us and we will put it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 — MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 8 — PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or cancel orders if necessary.

Our listings transcribe historical text, including species names and edibility marks printed in the nineteenth century. These are reproduced as records of what was believed at the time of printing and are not statements of present-day fact. Nothing on this site is a foraging guide or advice of any kind.

SECTION 10 — TERMINATION
These Terms of Service remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us.
If we suspect that you have violated any term or provision, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. The restrictions in Section 3 survive termination.

SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
